InterPersonal Profile System Report
The InterPersonal Profile System (IPPS) report is one of several DiSC® PPSS Comparison Reports. This report compares multiple individuals' impressions of a person with his or her own self-perception. The assessment allows the respondent to see how others view him or her. In addition, this report helps the participant to understand how his or her communication methods are being perceived.
