Modeled after the Young President's Organization, the Manager inForum component of BEIGHLEY CONSULTING offers Tier I/Tier II Managers from different organizations a venue in which to gather in pods of 8-10 to discuss and brainstorm issues common to their corporate position. These issues include topics such as managerial process, employee relations, conflict resolution and communication processes, ancillary family issues, hierarchy and control, human resources, and organizational development. This opportunity is offered on a yearly membership basis only and includes the following parameters:
- Primarily designed for managers from companies with $50 million or less.
- Includes senior executive staff (CEO, COO, CFO) and senior departmental or division managers.
- Teams will be limited to 8-10 managers from comparable management levels.
- Teams will meet four times a year at an offsite, central location for a day-long retreat.
- Participants will be offered a one-hour phone consult or face-to-face coaching each month.
- A comprehensive business reading list will be developed and books provided to all retreat participants at each session for reading and discussion at the following session.
- Access to a weekly podcast by Dr. Beighley on business issues accessible to members only on the BEIGHLEY CONSULTING website.
- Administration and interpretation of three assessment devices to increase personal awareness and effectiveness: The Beighley Issues Awareness Scale - Professional Edition©, The DiSC INDRA©, and the DiSC PPSS©.
- For note taking, articles, and handouts, a BEIGHLEY CONSULTING Journal and Notebook will be provided
